HOME WORKOUT

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the World Parkinson’s Program had to cancel their weekly exercise classes held in Toronto, Canada. In order to follow social distancing guidelines and limit the spread of COVID-19, WPP will be posting exercise videos online that you can simply follow at home. With the limited resources and social distancing measures in mind, Ginelle Mendonca (our fitness instructor) recorded some exercises at home. We will be sharing these until the circumstances are back to normal.
